The Phase A study for the EAGLE instrument on the E-ELT

Abstract
I will give a top level summary of the results of the Phase A study for an MOAO fed dIFU working in the NIR (EAGLE). I will outline the science case for the instrument and give an outline of the instrument design and its integrated MOAO system.
